Smt. Vibha Kumari, a M.A. in English from Ranchi University, is currently working with SKIPA as Joint Director since 17/04/2001. Since then She conducted many short duration training programmes sponsored by DoPT (Training Division) Govt. of India and  the State Govt. She has also conducted many ToT training programmes like DTS/ DOT and TNA since 2002, attended training programme on management at XLRI, Jamshedpur and conducted similar such programmes at SKIPA. Visited NHRC, New Delhi for consultation and conducted training programme, on Human Rights sponsored by NHRC, New Delhi.

Apart from short duration training programmes, have conducted 5 weeks State appreciation programmes for IAS probationers as well as for probationers of Indian Forest Service, also conducted eight week Foundational Training programme for Assistant Engineer Probationers of Road Construction Department and one week foundational training programme for Junior Engineer Probationers of Drinking Water & Sanitation Department.
Apart from taking classes on revenue and management topics, have conducted many training programmes for Secretariat Joint Cadre, also she conducted three days training programmes sponsored by DOPT (Training Division), Govt. of India, at Khunti, Ramgarh and Lohardaga etc.
