Smt. Usha Dwivedi, M.A., B. Ed., Currently working with SKIPA as Deputy Director (Hindi) since Sept., 2006
Under the guidance of Joint Director Dr. A.N. Sinha who was the Course Director for Foundation Course of 1st Batch (2nd group) of State Administrative Probationers , Mrs. Dwivedi assisted as Associate Course Director
She has conducted training courses sponsored by DoPT (Training Division) Govt. of India on subjects like Role of NGO in Rural Development, Empowerment of Women, Innovation in Administrative for improving Delivery of Services to the Public, Population Growth and Unemployment, Team Building etc.

She has conducted the short duration training courses sponsored by Jharkhand State Govt. for the Secretariat Assistants & Section Officers.

Similarly, the Refresher training course was conducted by her for the Under Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries also, sponsored by State Government.

Apart from above activities she also coordinates, Disaster Management Cell of the Institute and training related to Fiscal Analysis & Project Appraisal conducted by REFORM Project, USAID, India.
