Governing Body

For the monitoring and guidance of the activities of the Institute a Governing Body with a number of nine members is constituted. The Chairman of the Governing Body is the Chief Secretary of the State Government. Development Commissioner, Finance Commissioner, Secretary, Rural Development Department. Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Commissioner, South Chotanagpur Division, an officer of Joint Secretary rank nominated by the Government of India & Director, State Institute of Rural Development are the members of the Governing Body, and Director, SKIPA is the Member Secretary of the Governing Body.

     Senior and experienced members of State Administrative Service are posted in this Institute as the faculty members. A senior officer of Judicial Service has been posted as Deputy Director (Law) for the training related to Legal subjects. A senior officer from the office of the Accountant General is deputed as Deputy Director (Accounts) for the training in Accounts and Financial Rules. Senior Administrative Officers with intensive administrative experience and knowledge, eminent retired officers, professors of Universities, prominent famous academicians and specialists in Management and Information Technology, are regularly invited as guest speakers.
